Liturgical Ministries
The Liturgical Ministries support our parish liturgies. Altar Servers, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Readers, and Sacristans are all vital roles in ensuring that the Mass runs smoothly and reverently.

Altar Servers
Who: Students 4th grade & up
Altar servers assist the priest and deacon, ensuring that the Mass flows smoothly and that the sacred rites are conducted with grace and dignity. This ministry is not just a functional role, but a profound way to participate in the worship of God and to serve the Church community.
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion
Who: Fully initiated, participating parishioners
Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion are called by God to become servants to other members of the Body of Christ. The function of an Extraordinary Minister is to assist the priest in distributing the Holy Eucharist, the true presence of Christ, during the sacrifice of the Mass.

Readers
Who: 6th grade & up
The role of the reader is a vital ministry that brings the Word of God to life for the congregation. Lectors are entrusted with the responsibility of proclaiming the Scriptures during the Liturgy of the Word, helping the faithful to encounter and understand God's message. This ministry is not just about reading aloud; it is about conveying the living Word of God with clarity, reverence, and conviction.
